When I joined, the company had powerful tech — but zero identity, structure, or visibility. I built the entire creative operation from scratch: brand, content, strategy, campaigns, and internal systems.
From high-end pitch decks and investor presentations to full-stack content automation, I translated complex tech into simple, scalable narratives. With lean resources, we established a visual language and tone that now competes with the giants of the industry.

I also trained cross-functional teams to use templates and GPT-driven workflows, reducing our content production time by 70%. I worked across design, scripting, planning, execution and delivery — without a big agency or bloated budget.
