At Products & More, I held the role of Executive Creative Lead and Proxy Holder (Prokurist) from 2016 to 2021. As part of the management team, I oversaw the concept, design, certification, and delivery of 400+ physical products per year — often under tight timelines, regulatory requirements, and brand guardrails.

We served premium clients including FC Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, HSV, AIDA Cruises, and Caparol — with a focus on branded merchandise, seasonal campaigns, packaging, and retail innovations.

One of our most iconic formats was the Stadium Advent Calendar — a product I personally invented and developed, combining emotional fan connection with licensed design and complex supply chain logistics.

Each calendar contained 24 custom-branded individual items — from wristbands and keychains to certified electronics — delivered with full concept, product development, sourcing, import certification, and final packaging.

My role was both strategic and deeply hands-on:

Product concept development & item design
Packaging & print layout
Coordination of sourcing and supplier networks
Price negotiation and project budgeting
Certification workflows for EU and Asia
Production oversight and logistics alignment
Internal team leadership (up to 12 people across teams)

Our annual portfolio included up to 400+ individually developed items, each brand-aligned, costed, tested, and approved — then shipped in time for retail season.
